The gift card is delivered as a PDF via email.
Redeeming a gift voucher
Redemption at the hotel:
The gift card can be redeemed directly on-site and is accepted as a form of payment at Torekov Hotell, Hotel Skansen in Båstad, Hotel Riviera Strand, Sand, Mr G, Restaurang Riviera, Bistron, Papas, and Pepe’s Bodega.
Please remember to bring the gift card, as the card number must be presented at the time of payment.
Redemption online:
When redeeming via online booking, enter the gift card number as the payment method.
Any remaining balance can be paid with a credit card.
Any leftover amount on the gift card will be saved and can be used at another time within the card’s validity period.

Payment options:
Credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX)
Gift card details:
The gift card number is unique and must be presented at the time of payment. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
Delivery:
The gift card is delivered as a PDF via email immediately after the order.
Alternatively, the gift card can be sent by post for a fee of SEK 60. It will be mailed within 3 days of the order to the recipient’s address provided.
Currency:
All amounts are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).
VAT:
No VAT is applied to gift cards with a chosen amount. VAT is applied when the gift card is used.
VAT is always included on postage and administration fees.
Validity:
Gift cards with a specified amount are valid for two (2) years from the order date.
For gift cards tied to specific packages or experiences, the validity is one (1) year.
