Stephanie Sander’s first yoga/meditation class was in her hometown of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, USA when she was 12 years old. In 2010, she completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training through Samadhi Center for Yoga (Yoga Alliance Certified) in Denver, Colorado. Through her love of travel, Stephanie has taught in the USA, Central and South America, Uganda, and Sweden. Stephanie believes that yoga is a deeply personal practice that brings you closer to your true self and gives you a deep understanding and knowledge of your body while connecting you with a like-minded community. She encourages students to find their own authentic movement, listen to their bodies and to have patience and acceptance for where they find themselves on and off the mat. She has lived in Vejbystrand since 2017 with her boyfriend and dog, Bruce. More about Steph »
