Take time for yourself after the long winter and spring back to life in luxury with the beautiful Torekov Oceanside as your backdrop. This retreat offers vinyasa flow taught by international teachers, Stephanie Sanders and Cura Oliveira, to help reawaken the body and the senses.
With three yoga sessions and two educational workshops, you can focus in and go deep with your practice. Evening Yin and Restorative Yoga is accompanied by live music and doTERRA essential oils. Whether you come to rejuvenate and connect through movement and breath, or slow down and enjoy all of the amazing amenities this award-winning hotel has to offer, there will be time for both. in the spa, delicious food and lots of yoga to leave you feeling refreshed and tuned up for the spring!

Stephanie Sanders‘ first yoga/meditation class was in her hometown of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, USA when she was 12 years old. In 2011, she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Samadhi Center for Yoga (Yoga Alliance Certified) in Denver, Colorado. Through her love of travel, Stephanie has taught in the USA, Central and South America, Uganda, and Sweden. Stephanie believes that yoga is a deeply personal practice that brings you closer to your true self and gives you a deep understanding and knowledge of your body while connecting you with a like-minded community. She encourages students to find their own authentic movement, listen to their bodies and to have patience and acceptance for where they find themselves on and off the mat. Cura Oliveira is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher and massage therapist from Brazil. She has over 10 years of experience and training abroad in Central America, Brazil, UK, Europe, and India. She learned from great teachers from around the globe and practiced different modalities of yoga and meditation. She found her passion for Vinyasa Flow, Ayurveda, Bhakti Yoga and for a more therapeutic approach to Yoga as with Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy. While traveling 3 years in India, she completed her 200-hour training in Rishikesh and Elemental Yoga Therapy Teacher Training in Goa. With a deeper understanding of Ayurveda and the Chinese 5 elements system, she sees each individual as unique. She likes to share that knowledge with students and create classes that follow the cycles of nature. Cura moved to Sweden in June 2016 and lives in Båstad with her daughter.
