As Shiva Rea said, “It is natural to honor (seasonal) rhythms by pausing occasionally to regenerate, and all of nature does this…” We can’t wait to kick off spring with you!
Stephanie Sanders‘ first yoga/meditation class was in her hometown of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, USA when she was 12 years old. In 2011, she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Samadhi Center for Yoga (Yoga Alliance Certified) in Denver, Colorado. Through her love of travel, Stephanie has taught in the USA, Central and South America, Uganda, and Sweden. Stephanie believes that yoga is a deeply personal practice that brings you closer to your true self and gives you a deep understanding and knowledge of your body while connecting you with a like-minded community. She encourages students to find their own authentic movement, listen to their bodies and to have patience and acceptance for where they find themselves on and off the mat. When she is not teaching, you can find her in Vejbystrand, Skåne with my Viking boyfriend, Ludde, and Polish pup, Bruce. More info available at stephsandersyoga.com.
Cura Oliveira is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher and massage therapist from Brazil. She has over 10 years of experience and training abroad in Central America, Brazil, UK, Europe, and India. She learned from great teachers from around the globe and practiced different modalities of yoga and meditation. She found her passion for Vinyasa Flow, Ayurveda, Bhakti Yoga and for a more therapeutic approach to Yoga as with Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy. While traveling 3 years in India, she completed her 200-hour training in Rishikesh and Elemental Yoga Therapy Teacher Training in Goa. With a deeper understanding of Ayurveda and the Chinese 5 elements system, she sees each individual as unique. She likes to share that knowledge with students and create classes that follow the cycles of nature. Cura moved to Sweden in June 2016 and lives in Båstad with her daughter.
