WORKOUT SESSIONS
Saturday and Sunday we have yoga at 08.30, registration takes place at the reception.
Wednesday and Friday we have outdoor exercise at 17.00 at our outdoor gym.

LUGGAGE ROOM
Possibility of storing luggage during the day of check-in and check-out is available in connection with the reception. The luggage compartment is locked but not monitored.

BATHROBE
There are bathrobes in the bathroom for you to use during your entire stay with us. You are welcome to take the bath slippers back home. Please feel free to enjoy the afternoon coffee in your bathrobe, for other meals please leave your cosy bathrobe in the room. If you want a new bathrobe during your stay, there will be an additional cost of 40 kr.

FIRE ALARM
An evacuation plan showing the nearest emergency exit is available in each room, conference room and department of the hotel. If the alarm goes off, follow the instructions in the speaker system and evacuate the hotel.

BISTRON
Here you can book a table online, see menus and current opening hours. You can also contact the butler on +46 431 471610 or call 1610 from the room.

THE SHOP
At the reception you will find our shop where we sell blankets, pillows and bathrobes, some SPA products and local products.

BICYCLE RENTAL
Contact the reception if you want to rent a bike. Can not be pre-booked.

GYM/FITNESS
Torekov Hotell’s gym is located on the ground floor in the hotel building. Open 06.00 – 22.00.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
In case of illness, contact the reception. In case of emergency, call SOS directly on telephone number 112. Defibrillator is available at the reception.

EMERGENCY EXIT
There are emergency exits on each level, marked with green ”Emergency exit signs”. The room has an evacuation plan that shows the nearest emergency exit.

You have free access to the internet via our wireless network GuestWifi_Torekov.

HYGIENE PRODUCTS
Due to the fact that we are a Swan marked hotel and environment conscious, disposable items are no longer placed in your room. Toothbrush, toothpaste and various hygiene items are available for purchase at the reception.

PHONE
To call another room – dial the room number, (e.g. 101). To call outside the hotel, dial zero (0) before the number to be dialed to access an external line. Dial 9 to call the reception desk.

SOURCE SEPARATION
Please place glass and plastic bottles next to the trash can. It helps us when we sort your waste during cleaning.

TENNIS COURSES
Available next to the hotel and booked at Matchi. You pick up the key at the hotel reception, tennis racket and balls can be borrowed at the hotel reception.

WASHING CLOTHES
We offer a simple clothes washing service for a fee. Please leave the garments you would like to have washed by 4 p.m. The will be ready by 10 a.m. the following day. Laundry must be sorted and done at the guest’s responsibility. Ironing is for a fee, contact the reception.

CHECK OUT
Conference guests please check out at pm 10:00.
Private guests please check out at pm 11:00.

VENTILATION
We offer air conditioning in the hotel building. To receive the best air flow, the small lever should be at the top and the handle to the left should point straight up. To reduce fan speed, pull the lever down; adjust the handle to increase or decrease heat.

OUTDOORGYM
Behind the parking area you find our outdoor gym. Its free for all our hotel guests.

PILLOW MENU
The pillows on your bed contain down. If you want a different type of pillow, tell the reception. We can offer the following pillows (limited number):
Synthetic cushion (microfiber and polyester filling).
Box pillow, fixed (filling Dunella ball fiber).
Allergy pillow (filling 85% polyester and 15% Amicor).

SMOKING
From 1 July 2019, smoking is not allowed in the hotel area, nor in the rooms or on the patios. Smoking is only allowed at 1 smoking area outside the hotel area by the car park.

SHOE CLEANING MACHINE
Available in the cloakroom at the reception.

SAFEBOX
Available in each room. Instructions on how to use it are in the safe, otherwise contact the reception.

AGE SPA
Children under the age of 15 where a SPA package has been booked may only stay in the SPA between 19.00 – 20.00 in the company of parents.
