Every weekend you can participate in a good workout. It’s a perfect way to balance your stay, along with other healthy (and some less healthy) delights. It’s about balance, as all things should be.

Morning Session

During the weekends you can join one of our great morning training sessions. The morning session focuses on strength, balance and agility. Your breath will guide your movements.

Training Weekends

Want to focus on fitness during your stay? Our training weekends are filled with proven inspirations and exercises to maximize your enjoyment. The workouts can be modified to suit anyone, regardless of age or previous training experience.
