Welcoming and taking care of guests is the very core of what we do and who we are within GRAM Group. It is important that you feel safe in our hotels and restaurants. Here you can read about how we work at Torekov Hotell. We also give tips on what you can think about during your stay.
The Swedish government has removed all pandemic restrictions
The Swedish government has announced that the pandemic restrictions has been removed.
Throughout the hotel:
- We follow the Public Health Agency’s (Folkhälsomyndighetens) guidelines and recommendations.
- All staff take extra good hand hygiene and stay home in case of symptoms of illness.
- There are hand sanitizer stations available in public areas around the hotel.
- We are extra careful with cleaning of contact surfaces, such as door handles and elevator buttons.
- At times, many gather. We remind all guests of their own responsibility, good hand hygiene and distance between each other. Floor markings guide you to keep your distance.
Reception area:
- We maintain social distance, even during busy hours. Sit down in a lounge chair in one of the hotel’s common areas whilst ONE guest in your party checks in.
- We remind all guests to maintain physical distance from each other.
- We use floor markings to provide clear indications.
- On the departure day, please settle your bill at the reception on your way to or from breakfast to avoid any queues during check-out. Once you have paid your bill, you can leave your room key at the express check-out when you leave your room.
Spa:

During the most popular times (14–18 and 20–21), you will be allocated spa time on site.
- The above times only apply to full occupancy, which is mainly weekends. When occupancy allows, spa guests are always welcome at the spa. We do our best to be flexible and accommodate all guests’ wishes.
- Guests who have booked spa packages have priority for the spa. Other guests are warmly welcome to purchase spa admission on site, but only if space is available.
If Someone Should Become Sick:
- Our employees do not come to work if they have any symptoms.
- If a guest should prove to be sick at the hotel, we have developed an action plan in consultation with the hotel physician.

Booking conditions
For more flexible booking conditions, purchase one of our cancellation protection options. Cancellation protection can be added to the booking until the regular cancellation period begins.
Individual bookings, 1-9 rooms
- Cancellation and rebooking without cancellation protection
Free cancellation and rebooking up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation later than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. - Cancellation and rebooking with cancellation protection 48 hours before arrival (SEK 150/ person)
Free (excl. cancellation protection fee) cancellation and rebooking up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation or rebooking later than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. - Cancellation and rebooking with cancellation protection until 12:00 on the day of arrival (SEK 300/ person)
Free (excl. cancellation protection fee) cancellation and rebooking until 12:00 on the day of arrival. In case of cancellation later than 12:00, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Group bookings, 10 rooms or more
- Cancellation and rebooking without cancellation protection
Free cancellation and rebooking up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation later than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. - Cancellation and rebooking with cancellation protection 48 hours before arrival (SEK 150/ person)
Free (excl. cancellation protection fee) cancellation and rebooking of individual rooms in the group booking up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation later than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. - Cancellation and rebooking with cancellation protection until 12:00 on the day of arrival (SEK 300/ person)
Free (excl. cancellation protection fee) cancellation and rebooking of individual rooms in the group booking until 12:00 on the day of arrival. In case of cancellation later than 12:00, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
